Excellent property. Centrally located, clean, well appointed. Great for an active family or group with bikes, fishing equipment, pool, access to the canals, and blocks to the beach. The kitchen and entire home are very well appointed - neat and clean as well. The property fell short of being perfect in two areas - one was only 2 bathrooms. A lower level bathroom is a must for this house to accommodate the lower bunk room and swimmers from having to go through the entire house to get to a bathroom. The second was the inability to control the hot tub and pool with the remote control and being at the disposal of the owner to switch them on and off remotely - that was just not ideal. Appreciate the management staff for being super responsive and delightful to work with. Would certainly recommend you all to friends and family. Thank you for helping us with a terrific home at the 11th hour!
