Relaxing!
Great house, quiet neighborhood, loved the pool and dock. I could go on about this place. Needed some maintenance - very quick and professional. Hope to be able to come back soon!

Paradise
The property manager was easy to work with. There were plenty of towels, beach towels and extra blankets. Views were incredible. House is older but nice and clean. Plenty of space and having two living rooms were great. Highly recommend this place. Great outdoor space

Family Time
Everything was great. Plenty of room for our 14 person group. Nice pool. The neighborhood is very quiet. Boat dock was a plus as we rented a pontoon all week. But you will definitely have to familiarize yourself with the area or use nautical navigation as it’s very easy to hit shallows and get stuck!!

Very nice home situated in a beautiful location to catch the sunrise and watch the wildlife from the deck. The home had nice sized rooms, a spacious living/dining/kitchen area and a great pool for the kids. Working with your company and all communication before and during our stay was really smooth sailing. Thank you!

Great fishing location
We enjoyed fishing in the 10,000 islands. The home was nice and located on big waters. We shark fished at night and fished the mangroves during the day. We caught many different kinds of fish! The dock was great especially for our boat. The house was nice but needs some deep cleaning and new paint inside. The rental agency was very responsive to my emails and kept me up to date with the maintenance that was happening during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Great place for a family to vacation!
Very nice home, beautiful location in a very nice neighborhood. Backyard views are gorgeous and nice dock to fish on and to watch dolphins swim. We stayed there with our family of 12 - grandkids ages 1, 3, 6, 9 & 10 loved everything especially the pool. We paid for the pool to be heated (week after Christmas) and glad we did although the weather was so nice and warm we probably could have done without it. Highly recommend this place.

Fabulous Family Getaway
Perfect place for a family to get away and relax. The home exceeded our expectations! It was spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything three adult couples needed and oh that view! Saw dolphins everyday and a manatee once. The pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing (pay for the heater, it's worth it!). My son and I like to fish so spent many hours on the dock trying our luck. Lots and lots of catfish but not much else (of course it may have had something to do with our skill and knowledge of the waters and fishing in general). The only minor complaint I could make was with the guest bath shower, if your over 5 feet tall you'll have to duck low to wash your hair. Like I said, very minor. Overall this was 5 stars all the way for what we were looking for, A quiet place to spend time together and relax.

Awesome Caxambas Location
The location of this property is what makes it stand out! The location near Caxambas park can't be beat if you enjoy seeing wildlife, fishing, and relaxing by the pool. We saw several dolphins, manatee, and birds every morning and evening. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and caught several snapper. Even though we did not have a boat, we used the dock every day. The view of the bay was spectacular. The pool was clean and warm and the property is stocked with plenty of outdoor furniture and gear for the pool. We enjoyed the waterfront so much we never made a trip to the beach. The house is large with plenty of space for a large group and areas to read and relax. The kitchen is beautiful, but the stock of pots and pans/utensils could use some upgrading. Also, additional kitchen towels and hot pads are needed. When we arrived the coffee pot was broken, but the rental company replaced it immediately delivering a new one to our door. The sliding doors are a bit quirky to use, but the view more than made up for that. It would be nice if the bathrooms were stocked with soft soap. We wound up purchasing for all three bathrooms. This is something we are used to getting at other rental properties. Overall we had a great time at this property and I would definitely consider renting it again!

Did not want to leave!
This property was above and beyond our expectations. We have been coming to Florida for 35 years and have never witnessed the amount of wildlife that we encountered at this house. Daily manatee, dolphin, iguanas, turtles, crabs, and tons of species of birds visited. The sunrises and sunsets were like nothing we have ever experienced. The house was perfect! The layout was great. We had myself, my husband, and our 4 children. The lanai was safely screened and protected and gave us such peace of mind with our toddler and the pool. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the animals play. The beds were all comfortable and the views were breathtaking. It was secluded but close to so many activities. Short trip to the beaches on the island and really close to Naples for outlet malls and activities for the kids. House is fully stocked and had awesome pool and beach accessories. I could talk for hours about how great this property is. Not one single complaint! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful waterfront home. Perfect for two families
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool was a great place for the kids to spend the hottest hours of the day and the beautiful new dock was perfect to fish and kayak off of. We highly recommend this house. Similar to the other reviews we regularly saw dolphins and an occasional manatee.

This house exceeded our expectations!! It was updated, clean and the decor was beautiful and beachy. It had everything you could ask for, chairs for the beach, sand toys for the kids and floats for the pool. The sun sets were magical and the view gorgeous. We saw dolphins every morning and fish jumping. We sat out by the sand area every morning and night. It had a fire pit where we made s’mores with the kids. I would definitely recommend this property!

An amazing spot to stay!
This house was beautifully maintained and in an amazing spot on Marco Island. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had the most amazing view of the water. It really was everything the listing described..and more! We frequently saw dolphins swimming in the bay, and enjoyed watching other wildlife such as iguanas, pelicans etc. We were travelling with 5 adults, 2 kids and a dog. There was more than enough room for all of us in this home. The kids loved the sand pit on the property. We all loved the screened in lanai area, and often sat there to enjoy the gorgeous view. We decided to pay for the pool heater, and this was definitely worth it as we had a few cooler days of weather. The kitchen had all the cooking equipment and dishes we required. The home owners really thought of everything. There were beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the garage which made our beach trips more comfortable. Most things on Marco Island are within a 10 minute drive of the house. This was our second time staying in Marco Island, and there is always lots to do. We went to Tigertail Beach a few times, went to the Historical Museum, and went to several of the local restaurants (CJ's on the Bay and Snook Inn are two of our favourites). We also drove into Naples (about a 20 to 30 min drive) and another day took an airboat tour in the Everglades (about a 30 to 40 min drive). The only thing for improvement in the home was very minor: the shower in the guest bathroom needs some updating. It was functional for the most part, but definitely a bit dated compared to the rest of the home. Also, we had a bit of trouble with weak cellphone signal in the house. We would have to go outside to make any phone calls. This was not much of an issue for us, but may be for anyone who needs to have constant connection. The wi-fi connection worked great, and this was really all we needed. Overall, we had a fabulous vacation, and thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful spot. The property management company was easy to work with, and very responsive in terms of any questions that we had. We would definitely recommend this spot to others.

Priceless View!
Home is completely updated inside as well as professionally decorated.Loads of room inside and surrounded by island wildlife outside. Priceless views from pool area and lanai.
