A great house in a perfect location, we didn't want to leave!
A great house in a perfect location, we didn’t want to leave! The house was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood but only a 10 minute walk to the beach, ice cream, shops, miniature golf, restaurants and a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. We were a group of 8 adults and 3 young kids and space was not an issue. Each couple had their own bedroom with an attached bath. The house was fully stocked, especially for the kids. There were multiple pack-n- plays, a baby gate, booster seat, bath seat, an abundance of pool and beach toys, 10 beach chairs, coolers, plenty of pool/beach towels and a beach wagon. We cooked breakfast and dinner each day and the kitchen had all the supplies. Gorgeous water views from almost every room and we loved the panoramic sliders that opened onto the pool deck. Multiple seating areas and lounge chairs outside, with space on the dock as well. On rainy days we still were able to enjoy the beautiful heated pool (which we requested prior to our stay) and play games in the spacious living room. There is no doubt we will be back!

The location, the weather, the house all perfect
We stayed for 6 weeks from February to mid-March. This was our third visit to this home and the owner has made even more improvements. New comfortable sofa and new sliding doors. Four of the bedrooms have their own baths so privacy is maximal with several community areas as well. The views are excellent especially from the upper deck. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, so loud music and parties are discouraged, but our group is relatively well behaved. The neighbors are friendly and very helpful. The roomy kitchen remains well stocked and several cabinets were empty for our own storage needs. Pool toys abound as well as beach chairs and bicycles and a beach wagon. The home is only a short walk to the beach and one of the hottest restaurant and shopping squares. Plenty of room for two or even tree cars. The pool was very nice and the pool temperature was perfect. While we had all the doors open whenever we were in, there were a few days when it was too humid and the air conditioning was very efficient. The outside deck gets a only a little sun but the dock is in full sun until early evening. Another nice extra was an improved outdoor grill which was very clean with plenty of grilling tools. All of the TVs worked well and were ready for gaming or just watching. We could stream readily from our phones or I-pads from the upstairs family room TV. It does not get much better. A great location, almost perfect weather for 42 days and the comforts of a lovely home and neighborhood. And I should mention the top notch rental company, Marco-Naples Vacation Rentals which is always helpful and very efficient should anything require their assistance. That gives you a lot of confidence that the vacation will go well.

Great home, great view, great location
For the second year in a row we stayed at the 1016 Field home for six weeks from February 12-March 26th 2022. We obviously liked our first visit enough to return and when you stay in a home for 6 weeks you tend to learn a lot about the workings of the home...And it passed with flying colors. The owners made several improvements from last year. The cabinets were redone and several areas for storage of groceries and supplies were opened up. Every day we awoke to a beautiful view of the extra wide canal and we could walk the beach just a short two blocks away or merely enjoy a coffee on the lanai by the pool. The pool temperature was excellent, heated during the few colder nights and plenty cool during the hot afternoons. The kitchen was very well stocked and all the appliances worked flawlessly and the door walls all opened smoothly to bring the outside and inside into unity. For 10 days our family trickles in and at one point we had full occupancy. All of the family was comfortable. The private bathrooms for each bedroom is a remarkable nicety. There was plenty of space to prepare the food and to eat. Four of the bedrooms were very spacious and all the beds comfortable (I asked all of the family members). The smaller kids room is ample sized but without a bathroom so the kids shared with their parents. During this time of year the sun does not engulf the entire Lanai, but the dock is spacious enough for everyone to sit out in the sun. Three bikes were available and used often. There were plenty of beach and pool toys, a wagon and several coolers. We also should mention that the neighbors were all wonderful and helpful adding to the good feeling one gets from this neighborhood. The property is pet friendly and our two small dogs totally enjoyed the stay as well staying out on the lanai almost all day. The 42 days flew by too fast and we have already booked this outstanding property for 2023.

Vacation
My family and I had a really good time. The house was very clean and the pool was fabulous. I would highly recommend this house and place for a family vacation. We will definitely be back.

Excellent home with a spectacular view
My wife and I rented this home Jan 30th to March 6th 2021. The home has 4 large bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and shower and a smaller room for kids. One of these bedrooms is a master on the main floor and the others are upstairs. The home sits on a large body of water where several canals meet so the view is one of the better views on the island. The waterways go directly to the gulf so we had dolphins and rays as well as good fishing from the dock. The home also has a nice living area on the first floor and a smaller living area upstairs with a nice deck for sitting out day or night. The pool was excellent and warm. The back of the home faces north and because it is two stories there is limited sun on the lanai so the family went out to the dock to get their tans. We found the home clean and spacious as we had 10 people when the whole family joined us for a few weeks. They raved about the individual bedrooms and everyone enjoyed the private and community areas in the home. The internet supported the entire family and all their devices and several of us worked several days with zoom meetings that ran perfectly. We did have some troubles with the pool heater and a jammed door but the Marco Naples Vacation Team had everything repaired promptly so we never missed a beat. We have used this rental group for several years and they have a reputation for meeting the needs of the renters and owners with great care and patience. Other wonderful features of the home included plenty of pool and beach toys (the home is located just two blocks from a beach entrance) and three well kept bicycles. The kitchen is fairly well stocked except for a big frying pan and a mid sized pot which we needed to cook for 10. The appliances were very adequate and all worked fine. The grill was clean, big, and ready to go with plenty of propane. We grilled 2-3 times per week. The room decorations are very nice and just right to offer a warm and beachy feel. The air conditioning and the heat (needed for a few days) worked very well. The neighbors were all wonderful and treated us like residents. One shared his home grown tomatoes with us. The location is walking distance to very active square with shops and multiple restaurants, a bar, two ice cream parlors and miniature golf too. The walk there was only 5-8 minutes. The home is also pet friendly as we had two small dogs. As one might expect from a rental property the home does show some wear in the furniture and window dressings. We will return to this home and have made our reservations for next year already. You will not find too many five bedroom homes with private bathrooms in a good location and with a great view.

Awesome House, perfect Location
This was a beautiful home! We loved the 4 suite set up with additional sleeping area. The pool was fantastic, we pre paid for a week of pool heating and it was perfect, 8 am - 8 pm the heaters were on. The next door neighbors were great and friendly although we were called on for noise at 7:45pm and 5:45 pm while playing in the pool, we did not even have music playing. This was not a major issue because our kids are younger and were done for the day. This would have been a bummer if we had older kids who wanted to be outside. The location is great, a short two block walk to mini golf, beach, restaurants, bars, ice cream... We love 1016 Fieldstone!

Stay on Maro Island FL
House was better than expected. Excellent view on water way . Very close to beach access and restaurants. Adequate supply of kitchen utensils. Pool was fine. Bedrooms were large with ensuite bathrooms.

Marco Island 5BR
I just spent the week here with my family and can't say enough good things about the house and Marco Naples Vacation Rentals. With each main bedroom being an ensuite the house is perfect for 4 couples. There is a 5th bedroom with twin beds perfect for kids or drop in guests. Perfectly laid out for a large group. We especially loved the large door wall that allowed us to open up the inside area to the pool/lanai area to create one large living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of equipment to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. It's a short walk to the public beach access and several restaurants and stores. Nice quiet neighborhood and a beautiful view out the back yard. We had a few questions during our stay and Marco Island Vacation Rental staff were quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this house and renting from them.

Excellent, would highly reccommend
We rented this house with 2 other families. 6 adults and 4 kids. The house is beautiful and in a great location. We walked to the beach several times and we had young kids with us (6, 2, 2, and 18 months). We did bring our own pool alarm that we used for the littlest kids when we weren’t swimming as the only thing keeping them from the pool and the house is a sliding glass door with a lock that a 2yo easily can open. They have plenty of cooking supplies stocked. We cooked several nights. The only complaints I have is that during the sunny/hot days the entire upstairs heats up to over 80 degrees. No matter what you try to do. They do have a lot of box fans that helped. But it typically didn’t cool down until around 11pm or so. The queen mattress in the upstairs corner bedroom is incredibly uncomfortable. The other mattresses were much better. There was 1 beach umbrella, several beach chairs, several pack n plays, and a beach buggy to help transport things to the beach. One of the families we traveled with had rented an additional wagon which we needed and also some beach toys. If you are traveling with small children, I would recommend renting beach toys. We loved the pool and the view! We saw several dolphins while sitting on the back patio. Would definitely stay here again!

Memories were Made!
This home was a beautiful place to spend with our daughters and their families. It was clean and the beach equipment/toys/kitchen amenities made it a home away from home. We enjoyed the beautiful view, pool and fishing. We loved the beach on Marco Island and brought back shells for many crafts to come!

Great time in beautiful Marco!
We loved the pool with a lanai along with sunning on the boat dock. Also can accommodate large family or 4 couples as each room has their own en suite. Walking distance to many restaurants is a plus and walk to beach as well. Beautiful property!

Location, Location, Location
The house was perfect for our three couples for Christmas and New Year quiet evenings at home. The location was perfect with easy walk to beach access and a nice little pool overlooking the canals. We had a great time and plan to return.

Great Vacation
My friends and I really enjoyed our time in Marco Island. The house was beautiful and had all the comforts of home. The location was great, right on the water, close to shopping and restaurants, beach was a 5 minute drive. We did see some ants in the kitchen but it was addressed quickly with no impact on our stay. Would stay here again and reccomend to friends.

Great space for two families!
We stayed for a week before Christmas with another family, a total of 9 of us. The bedrooms were very spacious and all but one had its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and the decor was nice. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The living area was large and had enough room for all of us to hang out! The lanai unfortunately got little sun, but other than that the heated pool was still enjoyable. Loved the outdoor dining space and dock with a great view! We enjoyed using the bikes for the short 5 minute ride to the beach access and restaurants. We really appreciated the nice condition of beach towels and linens and the beach accessories. Also, the furniture throughout the whole house is in great shape. Overall, was a fabulous time and would recommend!

Perfect
We had our family of 8 and a baby. The kitchen was equipped so that we enjoyed cooking Fresh fish from market and what was caught on an excursion to Miami deep sea fishing. Grocery store 5 min away. Steaks and such on a brand new grill. Close walk to the beach,restaurants and shopping. They supplied chairs and a cart that we could load and pull to the beach. The pool was awesome. I am so glad we decided to have it heated. Lovely community. We enjoyed the bikes that was supplied. We would have liked sharper knives for our food prepping. There may have been a sharpening tool there that we overlooked. I highly recommend this property. And the rental company was awesome. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great House
Great house in a nice location. The house was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of space for the whole family and we liked the large open concept kitchen-living area. The house is nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and dock every day. We caught many different kinds of fish from the dock, including sheepshead, grunt, catfish & mangrove snapper. Marco Golf and Garden is just up the street, we played mini golf three times while we were there. We enjoyed the food at Joey's Restaurant. Corey Billie's Air boat tours in Naples was a lot of fun! The kids enjoyed a banana boat ride from Marco Island Water Sports. It was nice of the owner to have plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach games, noodles and bikes for use in the garage. We never spoke to the manager during our stay since we had no issues with the home.

House was exactly as described, kids loved the pool. There is a short walk to the beach. There are tons of towels and beach towels. Everything looked new and clean. Great Vacation House!
