We had a wonderful vacation in this house. It’s plenty of room for six persons. All appliances were working. The pool was perfekt for swimming and the solars on the roof kept the water warm. No reclamations. The conversation from the start to the end was perfect. Thank you ladies.

Vacations at Bonita Springs
Excellent location for our needs – conveniently situated just off Bonita Beach Road. The house is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes from US 41 or Barefoot Beach, 15 minutes from Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park & Beach (unfortunately closed due to hurricane damage), and about 30 minutes from RSW airport or Naples. The house was well-maintained and tastefully furnished with quality furniture, which we really appreciated. As cooking enthusiasts, we found the kitchen and provided utensils a pleasure to use. There was a minor issue with the grill, but Katelyn quickly resolved it. The pool was perfect for relaxing before and after the beach or shopping. However, the only downside was the pool’s “solar heating” system. Unfortunately, during the first few days and towards the end of our stay, the weather was cloudy, and the pool was quite cold. There was also a problem with the pump, which wasn’t functioning properly at first. After some email exchanges, these issues were resolved, but I believe a traditional heater would be more practical between November and March, especially for visitors from Europe looking to enjoy Florida’s warmth and swimming opportunities.

Bonita Springs Vacation rental
This home with pool was a great vacation spot. We loved the open floor plan, the cleanliness of the home and property, and the separation of the two sleeping areas. The solar heating for the pool was more than adequate and the outside kitchen was a bonus, with a nice Weber grill (and it was clean!) and outside dining area. The location was not far from the beach by car and close to many shopping areas. Our suggestions for improvement would be additional lounge chairs by the pool and a sturdier beach umbrella.

Great Stay at Lovely Bonita Springs Home
My husband and I just wrapped up a six week stay at this beautiful home. We loved the openness of the living space and the large glass sliders overlooking the pool area. We felt right at home. Everything about the home was comfortable - nice quality sheets/towels, a well-stocked kitchen relative to dishes/pans/utensils, great appliances, etc We had a couple of small issues when we first checked in. The management company was extremely responsive. I sent an e-mail on Sunday and the issues were addressed by noon on Monday. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

LOvely house and management company a dream to work with only criticism a few basic pantry items would be nice and as the house is designed for 6 there are only 2 pool loungers 2 more would be welcome if only basic click click loungers which could be stored in the garage

Really great home away from home
We stayed for 3 weeks and were absolutely amazed by the beauty and excellent condition of this vacation home. The place was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was there. The pool was fantastic and also the entire layout of the house was perfect for us. A true paradise and we will for sure be back again.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
This was our first Airbnb experience. It was a very smooth process to book. It was a very clean property. All the lights were on when we came in; made us feel very welcomed. They had everything we needed to make it a great stay! We would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay again. We had one incident where a clock fell off the wall with no one in the room. We notified the company on a couple of occasions, and they responded that it was not a problem and there would be no charge. Very kind in dealing with them.
