This lovely home features a den with a desk inside, great for getting any work done! There is also a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the den for extra accommodations. A waterfront view from your own private pool and hot tub with luxury lounge chairs and patio furniture provides the ultimate surrounding for a tropical escape. A private boat dock gives you the convenience of bringing your own boat or even rent one at any of the local marinas. You are welcome to tie your boat to the dock area when bringing your own or renting! For disclosure, the boat lift is not for guests as the owners occasionally keep their personal boat on the lift and the maintenance vendor will clean and service the boat every few weeks.
Only a 2-minute walk to the end of the street is direct beach access where you will enjoy Vanderbilt’s stunning powdery white sand and it’s refreshing onshore breeze keeping you cool all summer. Enjoy what will feel like your own private beach, away from the crowds of the public parking areas. There are plenty of beach floats, chairs, and umbrellas in the garage for your use along with a wagon to carry them during the short stroll to the end of the road. Magnificent birdwatching opportunities in the winter months and all year-round nature’s beauty. Being at a prime location, the home is surrounded by upscale restaurants and various shops along the Vanderbilt Beach.

Phenomenal Customer Service!
We’ve been renting with Marcos Naples Vacation properties for the last 6 years. This year was truly an interesting one for everyone with the hurricane but they were so transparent and helpful during the year leading up to our Christmas stay. They had the house ready for us and even took care of small issues in such an expedient manner. EASTER VACATION and 70th BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION??
We had the best Easter vacation and celebration of my husband’s 70th birthday with our family at this property! The home was spacious enough to accommodate all of our children and my granddaughter. The amenities were great for cooking a few delicious dinners and the proximity to the restaurants, shopping and most of all the beach(literally at the end of our street) were awesome! Outstanding vacation home for adult couples or entire family. Spacious, very clean and superb location. Beach is not much further than the end of the street. Master bedroom downstairs is fantastic. Upstairs rooms are also very clean and spacious. Bathrooms throughout the home to accommodate large families. Kitchen spacious and well stocked. Our family has a lovely week staying at this Naples vacation home. The house was super spacious, very clean and had everything we could have asked for. The pool was clean and we used it daily. The house also being located a 3 minute walk from beautiful Vanderbilt beach was amazing. Any issues we had were taken care of immediately from the management company which was very nice (and we only had one minor issue all week).
